How does delivery work?
We deliver twice weekly — Tuesday and Friday mornings. Orders placed before Sunday midnight ship on Tuesday. Deliveries are contactless and arrive in insulated packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can modify your box contents, delivery address, or pause your subscription at any time from your Member Lounge dashboard.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our breads stay fresh for 3-4 days at room temperature. Viennoiserie is best enjoyed the day of delivery but can be refreshed in the oven. Pâtisserie items include storage instructions.
